Minimum stay at this rental is 7 nights. (Please contact us for shorter stay if we have a gap in the calendar.)

Cleaning fee included in rate. Mid-stay cleaning included with 7+ nights. Refundable Security Deposit: $500.00. State taxes are 17.962%. 50% of the rate and taxes are due at the time of reservation, the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Holiday deposits and longer stays are due sooner as written in contract. No pets allowed.
